November 29, 2010

Association members: Chris Tabor (L)
Beth Muller of BAM Property Management was also present.

Parking in fire lane and on the grass is not allowed. Vehicles will be subject to immediate towing.
2011 Budget
Cheryl Huntley motioned to approve the 2011 Budget as presented. AnnMarie Donoghue seconded the motion and all members were in favor.
Welcome Letter
The board is putting together a welcome letter that will provide owners and renters need to know information when moving in. This will also be posted on stonehedgecondos.com. All residents and owners will get a copy of the welcome letter once approved by the master board.
Snow Information
A quick reminder on snow information for anyone that has questions as the snow arrives:
Chappelle’s Landscaping also provides the winter plowing of the driveways and front sidewalks. Sand barrels are placed at strategic locations for owners to use.
Residents are asked to please cooperate with snow removal and sanding. Please be prepared to move your vehicle out of the way when the plow arrives to clear the parking areas.
The following is the snow removal process normally used:
• Maintenance crew will send a plow through to clear the driving lanes early.
• The plow will later return and help clear the parking areas, normally after some or most cars have left.
• The walkways are done after the individual parking sports are cleared
**In the event of large or multiple storms, Chappelle's will do their best to maintain the procedure above, but clearing the roadways is the highest priority. The walkways will be done at the earliest possible opportunity.
Satellite TV Dishes
Please do not call Dish Network or Direct TV directly. Satellite service is available through community dishes already on the buildings. The only approved contractor is Satellite One at (802) 425-6297. Satellite One can provide service from both Direct TV and Dish Network. Owners will be subject to a $150 fine if another satellite contractor is used for installation and the cost of removal.
Future Meetings:

Monday, February 14, 2011
Monday, March 14, 2011
